Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. 

All returns lodged must be pre-approved by a Hair 2 Go representative prior to product/s being sent back. Pre-approved simply means based off the correspondance Hair 2 Go has received from a customer (including product code/s, photographs etc) we have accepted an order to be sent back to us for final confirmation (visual confirmation) that a return or exchange will be approved. This means that if a product/s is sent back and does not match the product code/s or photographes originally provided OR is not the same as the original product/s sent to the customer, Hair 2 Go can refuse to provide a final approval for a return or exchange.

A valid reason must be provided and within the allocated time-frame. If a returned item shows signs of being used and its packaging is damaged or altered, a return will not be issued. This is the duty of care of the purchaser and the purchaser must ensure that the product they are wanting to return fits the correct criteria as per the above.

Customer must send back item at their own expense, properly packaged and protected from damage. If the item is checked and deemed faulty or the incorrect item was sent from a picking error then Hair 2 Go will pay the return shipping costs. If the returned item is not faulty or sent incorrectly but a customer would still like a refund, Hair 2 Go will refund the cost of the item only (this does not include initial shipping cost and returned shipping cost).

You should expect to receive your refund or replacement within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund or replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days) if a refund is to be provided.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement once we've received and processed the returned item.

Change of Mind Returns

Hair 2 Go does not accept goods back if you change your mind or buy a product in error. We strongly advise to check the product you are purchasing is the correct one and ask us any questions you might have on a specific product; we're always here to help!
