When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. We deliver Australia wide using a combination of Courier Services & Australia Post.
*FREE SHIPPING Promotion: when available, free shipping promotion orders/parcels are sent via Courier or Australia Post; Bulk Orders must contact firstname.lastname@example.org for specific delivery costs. Free shipping is not available constantly but during special promotional periods.
**$8.95 FLAT SHIPPING Promotion: flat price regardless of quantity purchased. Parcels are sent via Courier or Australia Post. Bulk Orders must contact email@example.com for specific delivery costs.
EXPRESS POST: Delivers to most locations by the next business day but this is not guaranteed by Australia Post. HAIR 2 GO is not responsible for late delivery.
Buyers should also be aware that some locations are not covered by the Express Post option so please check your postcode via the relevant Australia Post link before selecting this as your shipping option:
Please note: Goods classified by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority as being dangerous cannot be carried by air and therefore cannot be sent by Express Post. Aerosols is one of these so cannot be shipped by Express Post.
PLEASE NOTE: Any deliveries by Courier will have instructions to "leave parcel at front door if address is unattended" so it is strongly advised to consider this when placing an order and requesting for your parcel to be sent via Australia Post only.
If you prefer delivery by Australia Post this is available for $14.95 or the Express Post option for $19.95.
Some orders may take up to 14 working days for delivery; however we do not control Australia Post or any Courier Services operations. Therefore late delivery does not constitute as a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of order. Orders received after 3pm AEST Monday to Thursday will not be completed until the following business day. Orders received after 3pm AEST on Friday will not be completed until the following Monday; this includes any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday. We will endeavor to complete orders as quickly as possible and may be able to complete special orders received after the times listed above however we cannot guarantee this (this includes any Express Post Shipping orders).
We can always assist with bulk orders but ask that you contact us prior to placing an order to ensure we have inventory and to obtain an accurate shipping price. We cannot ship bulk orders with any flat rate shipping mentioned above as the costs exceed this drastically.
International Orders / Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world but please be aware that International Shipping costs can be quite high depending on the size of the package being sent and the destination. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Some countries have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance is the recipients’ responsibility. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs authority for enquiries.
The following shipping options are provided (includes handling fee):
Standard $65 AUD (Tracking) Delivery time estimate: 5 business days* (*this is just an indication from Australia Post and can take longer. This is not something that we can control).
Express $75 AUD (Tracking + Signature) Delivery time estimate: 4 business days* (this is just an indication from Australia Post and can take longer. This is not something that we can control).
*These prices are based on the minimum weight as per the Australia Post website. Any orders placed that exceed this minimum weight will have their shipping cost re-calculated and you will be contacted advising of the updated shipping cost for your preferred shipping option.
We do not have stock levels on our website and when you place your order it may be in or out of stock. If in stock your order will be dispatched and delivered within 3 working days depending on your location. If your item is out of stock we will contact you via email advising you the next working day. Suppliers can also run out of or discontinue stock and sometimes this causes unexpected further delays. If this is the case we will try our best to keep you informed of how your order is processing. Orders placed with multiple quantities of the same product may experience some delays depending on a stock levels also. We are able to specially order specific products and quantities if provided with notice in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: if you would like to place an order and require it delivered immediately, we advise to contact us prior to placing an order to ensure we do have the adequate stock levels. We always do our best to ship an order out immediately but as mentioned above we do not provide stock levels on our website so it is strongly advised to check before placing an order.
It is the recipients responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details. Should the event occur where the wrong address is entered, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
If you choose not to insure your parcel, any damage or loss occurring during delivery or arising from a late delivery is not the liability of Hair 2 Go. To find out more about Insurance and costs, please contact us via Contact Us page.
Loss or Damage
Hair 2 Go will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.
When you place an order, you will be automatically added to our mailing list. You will then receive our weekly newsletters that will keep you updated on all current promotions, giveaways and new products/brands added to our online store. It is easy to unsubscribe from our mailing list if you do not wish to continue to receive our newsletters.
Errors can occur from time to time. We pride ourselves on fulfilling your order without any mistakes and will always do our best to ensure you receive all your ordered stock. If you receive an order and are missing an item/s please contact us within 7 Days of receiving your order so we can look into it further and organize for any missing products to be sent out to you. You must advise us within the 7 day period after receiving your order otherwise we are unable to process your request so please contact us ASAP.

PLEASE NOTE: If you place and pay for an order and then want to cancel the order and receive a refund, we can provide one but this will incur a $5 AUD Cancellation Fee which will be deducted from your refund total. Any orders placed with a payment option of Bank Deposit will not have their orders fulfilled until payment has cleared. This means that if our warehouse is out-of-stock or has limited stock of a product you have ordered, we will not replenish our stock levels to fulfill your order until payment in full has been made; this will obviously cause some delays so if you require your order urgently, please choose an alternative payment option.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
All returns lodged must be pre-approved by a Hair 2 Go representative prior to product/s being sent back. Pre-approved simply means based off the correspondence Hair 2 Go has received from a customer (including product code/s, photographs etc) we have accepted an order to be sent back to us for final confirmation (visual confirmation) that a return or exchange will be approved. This means that if a product/s is sent back and does not match the product code/s or photographs originally provided OR is not the same as the original product/s sent to the customer, Hair 2 Go can refuse to provide a final approval for a return or exchange.
A valid reason must be provided and within the allocated time-frame. If a returned item shows signs of being used and its packaging is damaged or altered, a return will not be issued. This is the duty of care of the purchaser and the purchaser must ensure that the product they are wanting to return fits the correct criteria as per the above.
Customer must send back item at their own expense, properly packaged and protected from damage. If the item is checked and deemed faulty or the incorrect item was sent from a picking error then Hair 2 Go will pay the return shipping costs. If the returned item is not faulty or sent incorrectly but a customer would still like a refund, Hair 2 Go will refund the cost of the item only (this does not include initial shipping cost and returned shipping cost).
You should expect to receive your refund or replacement within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund or replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days) if a refund is to be provided.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement once we've received and processed the returned item.
Change of Mind Returns
Hair 2 Go does not accept goods back if you change your mind or buy a product in error. We strongly advise to check the product you are purchasing is the correct one and ask us any questions you might have on a specific product; we're always here to help!

Please be aware that you should only purchase GHD Straightening Irons from an authorized retailer (Hair 2 Go are a proud Authorized Retailer); this entitles you with a 24 month manufacturer warranty (held by Jamella Australia). This warranty entitles you to a repair or replacement of a faulty GHD Straightening Iron, but you must contact GHD directly on 1300 443 737.
